Le Juneathon - Jour Numero Trois

Day 3 was circuit training class at the gym. If it's Wednesday, it must be lower body and abs, say what? Instructor was hot on the jump squats, muchos lunges, and dastardly crab walks with stretchy band. Oi! I shall have inner thighs of steel.

Day the Second of the Juneathon

Yay for me. First run on a Tuesday for a while. 4.06 miles up Old Mammoth Road at an 8:31 average pace. This felt way better than last Thursday's 3.5 Main Path run, which was completed at a not-so-blistering 10 min+ pace, and feeling like I was going to die for much of it. Day 2, DONE!

Juneathon Day 1

No running, but I did complete a 1 hour circuit training class which included about 300 yards of hopping. Not to mention jumping jacks, pullups, and about 6000 pushups.
