Juneathon Day 1

No running, but I did complete a 1 hour circuit training class which included about 300 yards of hopping. Not to mention jumping jacks, pullups, and about 6000 pushups.

Circuit traaining is hard! I went to one for a few weeks (didn't last long) and I was amazed how quickly the fitness develops. Well done for day 2.
