Le Juneathon - Jour Numero Trois

Day 3 was circuit training class at the gym. If it's Wednesday, it must be lower body and abs, say what? Instructor was hot on the jump squats, muchos lunges, and dastardly crab walks with stretchy band. Oi! I shall have inner thighs of steel.
